Shipping costs for products returned using the Right of Withdrawal and worn products belong to the Buyer.
Product Warranty
The products are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. Defects that occur in the products you have purchased during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge according to the warranty conditions detailed below. Some products come in gelatinous or vacuum packaging, and the Warranty Certificate is in the box containing the product. In these cases, in order not to spoil the original condition of the product, the Warranty Certificate is not filled out while sending the product, and then, if our customers want, the Warranty Certificate is also sent to us and filled in. In case it is presented with the product invoice, such Warranty Certificates are also valid.
1). The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods to the consumer and is at least two years unless otherwise stated. In case of malfunction of the goods, the time spent in the repair is added to the warranty period.
2).The repair period of the goods is maximum 30 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction to the service station or the seller. In the event that this period is exceeded, the customer may request a free exchange of the Goods or a refund of the price.

Product Return Policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. According to this article, the Buyer, who has sent a notice of withdrawal, is obliged to return the original invoice delivered to Tamga Organic together with the notice of withdrawal and/or within the same 14-day period. In this case, Tamga Organic will return the sales price paid by the Buyer up to that point, if any, to the Buyer without any interest, within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice to Tamga Organic, excluding legal deductions. The refund to be made to the Buyer, who has made the payment by credit card, is made by depositing it into the same credit card account after deducting the commission deduction and/or other expenses made for the credit card, if any.
Situations in which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, if the Buyer has opened and used the package of the goods / products subject to the order, she cannot benefit from withdrawal.
Returns must be made with the original box. Returns of used, custom-designed, destroyed and original box products that have lost their resaleability are not accepted.
In addition, the Buyer cannot exercise her right of withdrawal in the presence of the following issues.

b). Goods prepared in accordance with the Buyer’s wishes or clearly personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature and which are in danger of spoiling quickly or whose expiration date is likely to pass.
c). Access to audio or video recordings, software programs and computer consumables, provided they have been unpacked by the buyer.
d). Orders for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines.
e). Services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
