Your orders placed by credit card, following the receipt of credit card payment confirmation information by the bank, and your orders by bank transfer, are finalized after the payment is transferred to our account and will be shipped within 3 working days at the latest.

Orders placed after 14:00 on Saturdays are deemed to have been placed on the Monday following the confirmation of the payment information. Your orders, which coincide with public holidays and public holidays, are considered received on the first business day following the confirmation of the payment information.
